I have send an eCard, but it doesn't seem to arrive, what happened?
There could be a several reasons. Maybe you didn't spell the email address of the recipient correctly? Maybe the recipient's email server has filtered our eCard as a junk email (Hotmail tends to do it). In any case, you can always contact us directly if you want us to check the case...Nevertheless, thankfully, so far we had no complains.

Why am I asked to verify my e-mail address?
Unfortunately, some people and bots can abuse our service and therefore when your e-mail address provider fall in the category of what we classed "suspicious email addresses " i.e. mainly free email services or unknown hosts, we would kindly ask you to verify the email address, just to make sure you are actually sending an eCard, and not spamming. This is a mere formality, you wouldn't be asked to verify your email again when you return to our site in the future and send more greeting cards to other people.

Can I schelude an eCard for sending at a later date?
No, the free eCards are sent instantly.

Are there are any limitations?
Yes, only one: You cannot send more than one ecard to the same person every 24 hours, if the recipient still didn't pick up your previous greeting.

Do you have an affiliate program I can participate at?
No, we refrain from any type of uncontrolled and unmonitored promotion of our service, as in according to our Privacy Policy we guarantee that our service will not abuse our users in any way.

How can I receive your site's news / newsletters or updates?
If you wish to be notified each time we update our site and add some more greeting cards, you can sign up for our newsletters (Will only be available after April 15th, 2006).

Why are your free eCards not animated? Will you have animated cards in the future?
Animation is a matter of taste, and we believe that it looks a bit cheap, the images are always pixelated and the blinking card can be boring and annoying. In our opinion, high quality unique cards serve the purpose much better, if you want to avail of our free service and at the same time impress the recipient with a high standard service.

What are the advantages of using 28 Free Cards?

Why is your service free? Any catches?
There cannot be any catches nor hidden fees, as we do not ask for your Credit Card, Pay Pal account, Phone Number or home mailing address.
Our service is currently free because we can afford it. In the future we will create a "premium membership" for paid customers, so don't worry we won't die from hunger. Our service is free only for a limited period of time, however, we will reserve a free section in order not to disapoint our returning visitors.

I am using Mozilla Firefox, and when I view my eCard it says I need a plug-in, why?
This happens only to Firefox users who send an our greetings card without music. The pre-installed Quicktime player in Firefox reacts this way to a turned off music file. Simply ignore this message.

How can I know if my eCard has been picked or not?
When the recipient picks up your free eCard we will send you a short note (automatically), with date and hour when the recipient opened your card.

Are my e-card messages confidential?
Your e-card messages are always kept absolutely confidential and secure.
